House (Tv Series)
is the title character of the American medical drama sequence House. Created by David Shore and portrayed by English actor Hugh Laurie. He leads a team of diagnosticians as the Head of Diagnostic Medicine at the fictional Princeton-Plainsboro Teaching Hospital in Princeton, New Jersey. Although the producers gave the character a full name, and told Wilde what it was, they selected to keep it a secret from the viewers as a part of the continuing relationship between the character and House.
Instead, a number of of the character’s traits are implied earlier than they’re depicted as true. In the season four episode “You Don’t Want to Know”, Thirteen tells House that her mother died from Huntington’s disease; a check she performs several episodes later confirms she carries the gene.
